Hi Shrey,
To become a bank manager you need to be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
You should have pursued professional courses like CA, MBA, ICWAI
-To become a Bank Manager, one has to complete Graduation and appear for P.O.(Probationary Officer) exam generally conducted by SBI and IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Selection).
-A P.O. of a bank after gaining experience become Manager of the Bank.

Here is no percentage limit defined. Graduation degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university is preferable.
Public sector banks recruit candidates at 2 levels- the officer level and the clerical level. After XII (Commerce or any subject) Graduation followed by banking examination for Probationary officers can be taken.
Engineers, agricultural scientists, home economists, chemists, lawyers, language specialists can enter banking through the special category intake.
