Here are several stages in company secretary course ie, foundation programme, executive programme and professional programme.
In addition to it the student needs to undergo 15 hours of training session.
Foundation programme can be pursued by students who have passed 10+2 exam with arts, commerce or science subjects.

There are huge opportunities in the field of Banking. Banking includes many department like management, sales, marketing etc. and hence it requires professionals for every department.
The minimum eligibility to start career in Banking is generally a bachelor's degree. If you are from a non-commerce background, you may start as sales or marketing representative provided you have good communication skill and ability to perform.

ICAI is going to introduce new syllabus for ca course in 2016. Although new syllabus is introduced in 2016 the old syllabus also continued for the next five years. After that gradually shifted to the new syllabus only.
