Bro its great u have got sides in the 1st list. I think you should go for it and your marks are also good not great but ya its good for sides. For me you should go for it. If you really don't want to go then you I think you should try in the next year and get a good percentage and get your desired college.

Both the universities are good, but I would like to tell you more about LPU, being an alumni of Lovely professional University I could answer that undoubtedly LPU would be the best option for pursuing BBA from here. Following are the highlights which I would like to share:

Yes, You can do a BBA-MBA 5 Years Integrated course. In this, you can get the admission in MBA of 5 Years. You will take admission and after 5 years of continue reading, you will get the direct MBA degree. In this, you need not change your stream again and again.
