For admission in a BCA programme at SITASRM Institute of Management and Technology, it is crucial that the aspirant fulfills the course-specific eligibility criteria. Thus, only the asiprants who have passed Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate are eligible for admission. In addition, student should have passed the qualifying examination from a recognised board. Candidate must also hold the Class 12 mark sheet during application form filling and at the time of admission for verification purposes.

The university may follow the rules of the Higher Education Department, Srinagar for the seat allotment process. It may also use the J&K undergraduate seat allocation system to allocate seats in the constituent and affiliated colleges. There are a total of 140 seats for the BCA programmes. There are a total of 140 seats for BCA programme offered by Cluster University, Srinagar. The seat allotment is done as per the sanctioned seat intake. The students who meet the eligibility criteria can register and apply for CUET. Cluster University, Srinagar BCA selection is based on merit in the CUET exam. The registrations are conducted in online mode for the entrance test in the month of Mar. The steps to be followed for CUET application form filling are:

Aspirants of BCA at Cluster University who are Class 12 or equivalent exam pass can apply for admission. The selection in this UG course is done based on CUET scores. Thus, the students have to complete the CUET application form to apply. During form filling, students must select Cluster University, Srinagar as a preference.
