Yes, BCA fee will go into four parts. First one is INR 1.40 lac which is paid in July. Second instalment is paid in January next year and it is INR 1.25 lac. Third one is INR 1 lac and it is due by June. Fourth is also INR 1 lac and it needs to be paid in June following year.

The first year hostel fee is INR 1.65 lac for (11.5 months). This covers food, laundry, water and electricity charges. Annual health insurance coverage of INR 50,000 is also included in this. This is mandatory because all ISME hostellers will be issued an insurance health card.

Yes, there is an entrance test at stage 2 of the selection process. This is just before the personal interview. Before the entrance test, you need to submit an SOP and complete the group discussion round.

To study BCA from Chitkara University Institute of Engineering and Technology students have to complete the eligibility of having passed Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate though the selection process only requires personal interviews to finalise admissions for both BCA and BCA with AI & ML.

Yes, there are weekly mentoring sessions for BCA students at the university. In these sessions, faculty members and students meet. The faculty tries to solve personal and academic issues of students. This helps them stay on track and motivated throughout.

Sports scholarship is granted annually for the first year of BCA. To continue it in second to fourth year, you must maintain 7 CGPA and 50% attendance in both academics and sports. Your continued participation in sports is also required. A review process will determine the scholarship renewal.

The following are some of the BCA scholarships offered to students at IILM University Greater Noida:

CUET-Based Scholarship

If your CUET percentile is 

  • 95 and above: 100% scholarship

  • 90 to 94.99 30% scholarship

  • 80 to 89.99: 20% scholarship

  • 75 to 79.99: 10% scholarship

Martyrs Scholarship

Wards of Martyrs get a 100% tuition fee waiver if they fulfil the minimum eligibility requirement and successfully pass through the selection process. Once the candidate joins the program, his/her paid fee will be adjusted in the next academic year.

Yes, a female student can get 10% fee waiver if family income is less than INR 8 lac per annum. She must submit an income certificate issued by competent authorities, such as Tehsildar, Revenue Officer, etc. This waiver is only applicable for the first-year fee. For the second year and above, at least 75% attendance record and 7.5 CGPA is must.
