BCA is offered in several state owned colleges in West Bengal. Among all these, it is possible to refer to the Aliah University (Kolkata), which is, by the way, a state university. Barasat government college (Barasat) also offers BCA. I couldn't discover publicly to be had reliable details about the three year BCA rate at ASC Degree College, Lucknow.
Their legit admissions page lists the BCA programme but doesn't reveal the tuition value.
