MAIDS Delhi admission process starts with registration. Candidates are first required to fill out the NEET application form. Further, aspirants are required to register with Faculty of Medical Sciences, DU.
The application Form may also be downloaded from Faculty website and the same may be sent to the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences. Follow the below steps to apply for BDS:
Step 1: Visit the official website of Faculty of Medical Sciences.
Step 2: Download the application form from the website.
Step 3: Fill out the form.

MAIDS Delhi eligibility criteria for BDS course is Class 12. Check below the detailed criteria for applying for BDS:
- Indian nationals of 17 years of age on December 31 of the year of admission can apply for BDS.
- Aspirants who have passed Class 12 examination with at least 50% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST) in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology can apply for MAIDS Delhi BDS.
- Candidates who have passed BSc with any two subjects PCB (Botany/ Zoology) with at least 50% aggregate and Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English at Class 12 level can also apply.

BDS is a prominent course of Maulana Institute of Dental Sciences. MAIDS Delhi offers a four-year BDS or Bachelor of Dental Surgery programme followed by a one-year compulsory rotating internship training. One of the important parameters, fee is very less for BDS programme. Being a government institute, MAIDS BDS fee very less in comparison to other Dental Colleges in Delhi.
Besides, the institute conducts placement drive every year. According to Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences NIRF report 2024, the median package offered during BDS placements in 2023 was INR 14.35 LPA.

Yes, Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences or MAIDS Delhi offers a four-year BDS or Bachelor of Dental Surgery programme followed by a one-year compulsory rotating internship training. Any Student, who does not clear BDS Course in nine years, including internship, will be discharged from the course. MAIDS Delhi offers BDS in affiliation with Delhi University. Aspirants who fulfil the preset eligibility criteria and have a valid NEET UG score are eligible to apply for BDS admission at the institute.
