It might be difficult for you to get admission into government medical colleges at this score. But you can try in private medical colleges for MBBS. Also, BHMS option is open for you.

These two fields are actually 2 very different career paths and should actually be carefully chosen for too. Depends on your interest. If you really want to become a doctor and help people then go for BDS.
