The minimum score required is 50 but to get admission in any of the colleges it should be decent enough, somewhere around 80 or above.

Bennett University is a new university with no track record but is supported by a big business organisation. University is signing new agreements with international universities. Based on available public material, it is going to among be among top universities in Northern India. It may be a risk to take admission in university in absence of historical data but it's a risk worth taking. I recommend university over private engineering colleges for B.Tech CSE.

Yes, very easily. Bennet University (Times Group) is new in the business. So, I will suggest you to take admission in NITs. Bennet may have a brand name but it will take a few years to make its reputation.
PS: Never ever join any new college.
