Bhagwan Mahavir College of Architecture, Bhagwan Mahavir University has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
| Courses | Eligibility |
|---|---|
| M.Plan | Candidate who have done Post Graduation in Geography or Economics or Sociology or equivalent qualification with minimum 50% aggregate marks (minimum 45% aggregate marks for SC/ST/SEBC/EWSs candidates) are also eligible to apply. |
| B.Arch | Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject from a recognised Institute/ University are also eligible to apply. |
| B.Plan | Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Engineering Drawing/ Computer Science with at least mentioned marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together from a recognised board. |

Mahavir Swami Institute of Architecture, Bhagwan Mahavir University has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| B.Des | Candidates with 10+3 Diploma Examination having obtained at least 40% aggregate marks are also eligible. |
| Certificate | Candidates having 12th/ Diploma/ Graduate in any stream or equivalent level from a recognised board are also eligible. |
| B.Arch | Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised Institute/ University can also apply. Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023. |
