Firstly, candidates must pass the 10+2/intermediate exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and achieve a minimum aggregate of about 45–50%. Admission is based primarily on AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) scores, through the state's centralized counseling, which fills approximately 70% of seats, while the remaining 30% are reserved for management/NRI candidates.

To be eligible for admission to BE/BTech course at the Bheema Institute of Technology and Science, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for the AP EAMCET exam, followed by the counseling, and score a valid rank to be eligible for the course.

Candidates belonging to NIOS/APOSS/Other Examinations recognised as equivalent to SSC by A.P. Govt. should have passed all the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with minimum of 35% marks in each subject. M.E./M.Tech | Candidate must have passsed B.E./B.Tech. in relevant stream and obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category candidates) from an AICTE/UGC approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto.
