Biomedical engineers combine engineering principles with medical and biological sciences to design and create equipment, devices, computer systems, and software used in healthcare. Biomedical engineers likely will see more demand because of growing technology and its application to medical equipment and devices. B.Tech. Biotechnology programme is designed to meet the ever-changing scenario in the field of Biotechnology. Jaipur National University' s major emphasis is on the practical knowledge, where students are trained in the field of Microbiology, Molecular and Recombinant DNA Technology, Bioprocess Engineering, and Bioinformatics. Six months dissertation (Project Work) in last semester provides an opportunity for the students to work in emerging fields of Biotechnology and to get placed in core Biotech Industries.
