Admission in B.Sc, BA/B.Sc and BA is made on the basis of merit. Admission in B.Pharm is done on the basis of marks scored in the entrance test conducted by the college.
Eligibility: 10+2 or equivalent in relevant discipline.

Hi you need to understand the career scope for both the cases. In case you are looking for the Bio chemistry, it has limited scope in private sector. Pharma has different scopes in government and private sector, as well as you can start you own business. I would say try to find the option for Pharma. Bio Chemistry may get you job, but you have to finish Ph.D. also. You can try Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University to pursue Pharma degree.

You have to just wait for the 12th exams results first and then you can wait for the cutoff list by Delhi University. Delhi University takes admissions on merit basis. So you can go and check your cutoffs according to you course and percentage.
For some courses Delhi University takes entrance exam also. For information about this you can check on Delhi University's website.
