You will be eligible for admission, If you have completed graduation in (Physics / bio / chemistry / Zoology / botany / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Applied Medical Sciences / Biotechnology) / engineering / pharmacy / medicine / BDS. Percentage in last qualified exam (graduation) required for admission in M.Sc. May vary university to university (50-60%). Please specify the course which you want to study after class 12, so that I may be able to populate relevant details regarding that course. If you are talking about B.Sc. In Biology please check for your eligibility to pursue this course from the criteria mentioned below:
In order to GET admission in B.Sc. Biology, candidates need to fulfill a certain set of eligibility conditions which are mentioned below.
10+2 or equivalent qualifying examination, from a recognised board.
50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level
Physics, Chemistry and Biology to be studied as compulsory subjects at 10+2 level

IISER entrance exam 2018 pattern is such that the question paper will contain a total of 60 multiple choice questions that candidates need to complete in duration of 180 minutes (3 hours). Candidates will be evaluated out of a total of 180 marks, out of which 45 marks is allotted to the biology section. That totally depends on you because if you choose biology, you may become a doctor/nurse and if you choose fashion designing, then you become a fashion designer.
In my opinion, you should opt biology because fashion stream is not reliable. Very few people can make their career in this field and also, fashion changes so rapidly that not everyone can manage it. But if you opt for biology and become a doctor and for once, let's assume you can't get a job, you can still open your clinic.
So, that is a much satisfactory course than fashion designing.
