As you have not studied biology in class 12th board, so you cannot get admission in biology related courses. The subjects which you have taken in your intermediate, you can go for honors of those subjects. Best of luck.

No, biology is not compulsory for getting admission in integrated B.Sc Plus M.Sc course in chemistry. You need to study chemistry mainly in this course. Don't get confused. Best of luck.

Biology is not related to B.Sc Mathematics in any way. And, biology is not useful too in Maths. It will be helpful to improve your Marks. Hope this helps.
