Hi Rishi,
Eligibility for B.Ed at RIE CEE is 50% marks in Bachelors degree and / or Masters Degree in Science / Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science or Mathematics or in Bachelors Degree and /or in the Masters Degree in Social Science/Humanities (5% relaxation for SC / ST /PH). So you can appear if you fulfill this criteria.

TIFR GS 2018 for Ph.D & Integrated M.Sc admission they will give you admission according to entrance exam. There are many colleges and universities that offer the Master of sciences in biology programme in India. Some colleges offer admission on the basis of graduation marks while highly reputed colleges and universities admit the students through entrance tests.

If you love biology then you can go for bio as your subject in 12th and pursue your career in medical. B.Pharma, B.Sc. Zoology, etc. If you love computer science then have your subjects in 12th as computer and maths then you can pursue your career in IT field doing B.Tech or BCA.
