For that you should concentrate more on NCERT's biology. To get marks above 500 you can do the following:
Attempt 25 questions in physics. 20*4 equals to 80 and then 40 in chemistry.

Revise the topics daily. Make some flash cards and stick them to the walls. Solve as much MCQs as possible and also refer past exam papers. Take NCERT based MCQ books so that you can go back and refer when you find the answers.

Hi Raseen,
The scope is better abroad for biotechnology field like in Canada, US, Denmark, etc. You can go abroad for your Masters, it will give you better exposure to research opportunities and also post study work options. Discuss with family and decide, you must also check finances, requirements, etc. before you decide. Work hard on your academics.
