IARC, (Indian Astrobiology Research Centre) in Mumbai provides one 4 months diploma course in astrobiology which is a distance learning courses.
One more thing, I would like to suggest you that do to do graduation with physics, or live sciences.
Astro-Biology is mostly a post graduate course.

In biology stream, physics subject has more job opportunities to become a lecturer.

Don't worry if you have reappeared in B.Pharma, you need to fill up a re-evaluation form if you are confident about your exam that you had an attempt. Sometimes, the university should clear the exam, otherwise, you need to fill up a reappear form and you have to prepare for the exam again and get a chance to attempt next semester.

You can go for a Bachelors degree in any humanities courses (English honors, History honors, Political Science honors etc.). You can go through this link to check course details to ensure that the syllabus does not involve Maths.
