No, maths is not compulsory for the course which you have mentioned.

1st June 2018 was the date of entrance of B.Sc. Biotechnology at Srinagar.

Yes, you have to give entrance exam for B.Sc. Biotechnology. You have to give JEE Mains/Amity JEE.
