Their are four specialization for Pgdm students i.e. Finance , Marketing , Human Resource and Marketing. It's not that one is best or other is worst it all depends on your personality how you are and how you see your future. So it depends on the person.

Yes , you have to take laptop from the college. It's compulsory for every students as its the main part of this course.
