No, sorry to say but you can't get admission at BITS. As, it is clearly mentioned in their official website FAQ's that you should have 75% or more percentage in PCM or PCB aggregate subject in your class 12th.

You can read NCERT books from 11th and 12th textbooks to clear your concepts. Also, try to solve the Arihant Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test books completely. To score well in the Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test, you need to have good speed. Solve as many questions as you can to increase your speed. BITS (BIRLA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND Science) organizes BITSAT exam for admission of undergraduate courses in BITS Pilani, BITS Goa and BITS Hyderabad. You have mentioned that you scored 166 marks in the exam. 166 is a quite low score. So your chances of getting a seat in counselling is quite less.

If you scored 180 8n 2nd session and 205 in 1st session in BITSAT then the preferred course for you at this is Bits Hyderabad because this is best for bits studied Student and also for the placements of this institute is good.

For BITS your BITSAT score will be considered for admission. You can appear in the counseling process which starts in mid of October. After counseling, you will get a clear picture of the branch as it tends to change every year. Your JEE is irrelevant to your admission to BITS as it is not considered. All the best!
