No, for pursuing any under graduate course you need be a higher secondary graduate I. e. (+1&+2) passed. Then only you can pursue mass communication or any under graduate course. However for Masters in field of mass communication you need a graduation degree in any stream from any recognised Univers

And if you are going to take admission in Delhi Metropolitan Education for BJMC you have to pay 83,045 annual fees means 249,135 for three years
