Unfortunately, 4318 is not a great rank. So, do not expect much from the first counselling. You might get Lingayas Lalita Devi Institute of Management Science or BLS Institute of Technology Management in the second counselling.

It is very difficult with such percentage to clear any cutoff of DU for mass communication. You should surely apply in IPU to mark your chance their.

I am a student of VIPS so I know more about it only. The opportunities provided here are really good. The exposure given to the BJMC students is just amazing. You may or may not find it anywhere else. So overall I find that VIPS is better than other colleges.

You can give it a try but the less percentage shall make it difficult to get into. You may still give a try to Mass Communication aim through some private universities that also have some good name. Amity School of Communication NOIDA can be kept as an option.

Salary package of a BJMC graduate is very variable, and it depends upon a lot many factors. Which college are you passing out from, and how much of talent you possess decided the key factor of how much you will be able to earn.
BJMC Graduates get hired into various streams and sectors such as Television, Radio, Print, Cyber journalism and as per average of our country, one may be able to earn INR 20- INR 25k as a fresher into their respective industry. The salary, however remains variable and there is no limit to how much one can earn.

You can just fill up your preference of college according to your rank in the form that you will get and wait until your rank is called up.
