They don't have master degree in mass communication according to my information. But, yes you can take admission in others colleges and universities. All the best.

You can simply fill the online registration form and take the entrance exam of IP University as well as Delhi University and then wait for the cut-off of all the colleges according to your score in the entrance exam. The university will decide which college should be given to you.
