Hi,
No, you cannot get admission without counseling in any government college. You need to fill up the counseling form for admission. If you are taking admitted in private colleges then there is no requirement of counseling. You can get fees consecration with your marks in the Exam only in a private college and if it's help like it.

No, in Jeevan Jyoti Institute, the BMRIT course is not available. But you can choose other institutes for this course. There are many good colleges for this course

For admissions in Armed Forces Medical College, Pune in any BPMT course the eligibility criteria is that the candidate should have passed 10+2 with the aggregate of 50% in Physics Chemistry and Biology. So as long as you have 50% in your 10+2 level in Physics Chemistry and Biology you are eligible for admission in Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. Certificate in Dental Technician and Hygiene. Certificate in Ophthalmic Assistant
