A pass in BE/ BTech with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) is required to apply for MTech course. Candidates who have studied and passed one of the subjects specified in the first proviso in the pre-university course with 50% marks in that subject, shall also be eligible. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

A pass in bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST). Candidates with not less than 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ ST) with Mathematics or Statistics or Computer Science or Computer Programming or Computer Applications or Business Statistics as optional or electives is required to apply for MCA. Candidates who have studied and passed one of the specified subjects in the pre-University course with 50% marks in that subject shall also be considered for admission.

BMS Institute of Technology and Management BTech cutoff 2023 for Computer Science Engineering was 3691 for OBC category. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in COMEDK, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For COMEDK Round 2 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 4651 and closing rank was 6387 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to Information Technology in BMS Institute of Technology and Management is based on the scores obtained in the COMEDK entrance exam. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.
