LLM course is designed for students who already hold a law degree or have legal experience. To get an LLM degree at Brainware University, students should fulfillthe basic eligibility criteria first, which requires applicants to complete their LLB degree. Pursuing an LLM without a law degree and relatable experience is not effectual.

Currently, Brainware University Kolkata, has not released the accurate commencement date of the LLM new session. However, according to the information available on the official website of the university, the PG classes commenced for the previous batch i.e., 2024 on August 21, 2024. Hence, it is anticipated that in 2025 the classes might commence on similar dates from the previous batch.

For the selection process of Braiware University LLM course, the university selects the candidates in the basis of merit, which is released according to the scores achieved by the candidates in their graduation and BET (Brainware Eligibility Test).
