No you cannot get the addmission in Sarabhai Institute of Science and technology B.Tech course without KEAM (Kerala engineering architecture medical).the only way to take admission here is through KEAM ( Kerala engineering architecture medical)exam and by getting atleast minimum aggregate 45 percent in your 10+2 exam for B.Tech hours in this college

Yeah. You can easily get admission on the basis of your JEE main score. But you must need to remind that whether keam or JEE you have to give one of the entrance exam to get admission unless you belong to a nri family as they can get admission on the basis of their 12th marks.

Yes, you can get admission to Bearys Institute of Technology (BIT, Mangalore) for B.E. / B.Tech without the COMEDK UGET exam. To be eligible for the course, the candidate needs to have a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12th in a relevant stream. Eligible candidates will also have to appear for the KCET exam (if not appearing for the COMEDK UGET exam) and score valid marks to secure admission to the course.
