To enrol into GCEA BTech courses, students must apply for MHT CET CAP counselling. The fee to apply is as follows:

The institute's admission policy has specified the eligibility criteria for BTech admissions. As per the eligibility criteria, candidates must have passed Class 12 with at least 45% (40% for the reserved category) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry or Biotechnology, or another relevant subject.

Yes, Government College of Engineering BTech admissions are entrance-based. The institute grants admissions to candidates belonging to Maharashtra based on MHT CET scores. Other candidates can seek admission via the JEE Main exam. They can also apply via MHT CET scores; however, preference is given to JEE Main candidates. All candidates must participate in Centralised Admission Process.
