Yes you can but there is a problem regarding with this question . You should have your 8th semester result before 1 August or having a certificate that you had completed the B.Tech which you can get from your college but if your certificate is ready before 1 August 2025 you can get final selection in SSC CGL 2025 otherwise not .
Thank you

Yes, you can get admission to the B.E./B.Tech course at Aditya College of Engineering and Technology without JEE Main. The college accepts Andhra Pradesh EAMCET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test) scores for admission. If you have a valid Andhra Pradesh EAMCET rank, you can apply directly based on that. However, if you are from outside Andhra Pradesh or don't have an Andhra Pradesh EAMCET score, you might still be able to apply through management or spot quota seats, but it's always good to confirm specific details with the college's admission office.

There is a possibility of being short of the required cut off for admission to the B.Tech in AI programme at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCOE) with a 12th board percentage of 58.33%.
Expected Cutoff
PCCOE had taken its B.Tech in AI cut-off for the last round last year at approximately 98.25. So it goes to indicate that they are looking for scores quite high from the candidate end.
Recommendations
Explore Other Colleges: Apply to other colleges whose cutoffs may be lower.
Join Counseling: Seek MHT CET counseling to make the right decisions about available options.

Yes, you can get admission to BLDEA's V. P. Dr. P. G. Halakatti College of Engineering and Technology for the B.E. / B.Tech course without KCET.
The college offers two modes of admission:
KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test): This is the preferred and primary mode for admission. However, if you have not appeared for KCET, you can still apply.
Management Quota: You can apply under the management quota if you haven't appeared for KCET. Admission under this quota is usually based on your 12th-grade marks and, in some cases, performance in the JEE Main exam.
