BUMAT is an entrance exam for BBA for the colleges affiliated to BVDU PUNE. Colleges affiliated to BUMAT are situated in Pune, Delhi, Sangli, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Karad and Solapur. Cracking BUMAT is not difficult but Delhi and Pune branches are some of top institutes for management field. So getting a seat in IMED, Pune and IMR, Delhi is very difficult as the number of candidates taking admission in these colleges are more. So the cutoff for these colleges is around 900-1100 rank for BBA and BCA.

I went to the counselling session. I think, students having rank 1200 were going through the admission procedure and some 130 seats were left. Please attend the counselling and see what happens.

Yes, of course you could get admission in top 10 to top 15 colleges, as per your grade. But, I will suggest you to go for the counseling likewise, you will get the accurate knowledge of college
