IIM Trichy does not have a BBA in Human Resources (HR). However, it offers postgraduate courses like the Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) and PGPM-HR, which are similar to MBA courses. These courses are meant for students who have already finished their bachelor's degree.
If you are particularly interested in a BBA in HR, you might have to look at other institutions that provide undergraduate studies in business administration with an HR specialization.

Getting an MBA seat at IMI Kolkata is tough. Students are required to first register for programme. After that, students are required to pass following three stages:
- Shortlisting Stage: Students who have shown good performance in entrance tests and have good academic record are shortlisted for programme
- Selection Stage: Shortlisted students are further evaluated via WAT and PI rounds. Those who pass both rounds are offered seat.
