Since you are a Science student, you have the privilege to get into any field. If you have taken maths along with Physics and Chemistry and wish to make your career in Science and technology, you can go for B.Sc+M.Sc in physics, chemistry or Maths, Engineering, etc. Similarly, if you have taken Biology, you have the option to go for MBBS BDS (Dental), Biotech, etc. It is suggested to consider your own wish and desire before making a final choice rather than depending on others opinion. You can pursue an Engineering Degree in your area of interest or Management Degree in Finance or Operations. There is a long road to becoming a MD and it is passed through promotions only. Develop your skills in management and communication. If you pursue Engineering, make sure you have complete grasp in your field.

If you want to start earning in your college life, you can start a tuition classes, if you have any special talent like singing, dancing whatever, you can also earn from your talent, now a days social media is also helpful for earning you can make a videos for YouTube it takes time but it will help in other case if you want to do a job there are many options like doing a job in call center or whatever you want.

For IIM, CAT score is considered. Usually, it is above 99.6% ile for IIMs. So if you want to take admission in IIM, you will have to take CAT.
