There is no limit on the number of attempts and it is totally upto the individual as to how many attempts they will require. The CA Intermediate exam is tough and requires about 2-3 attempts on an average. The overall pass percentage of CA exam is usually low at 20-25%.

There is no cap on the number of downloads. Students can download the CA Intermediate admit card any number of times as long as the link is active. They should ideally download the CA Inter admit card as soon as it is released.

CA Inter admit card is usually released 10-15 days before the exam. The ICAI does not announce any particular date of release of CA Intermediate admit card. Students should visit the ICAI's eservices website to check the release of hall tickets as the exam dates get closer.

You must preserve CA Intermediate admit card even after the exam, as you might need it for reference or as a proof of appearing in the exam at any point in time. Students must preserve all the official documents issued by the ICAI until they complete the CA course.

Reporting time for CA Inter exam will be mentioned on admit card. Student are advised to reach their respective test centres at least 2 hours before the exam starts. This is done for smooth identification process and avoid overcrowding on the exam day.

The digital copy of CA Intermediate admit card is not considered a valid proof of identification. Candidates have to carry print out of their hall ticket to the examination centre on all exam days. The print out is to be signed and stamped which is why the digital copy of the admit card is not accepted. They should take a print of their CA Inter admit card on an A4 size sheet.
