No, Caltech does not give any merit-scholarships. But, it does grants financial aid to international students. To get financial aid, international students can apply as an incoming first-year. As a first-year undergraduate international student, one can receive financial aid only when he / she completes the financial aid application and has the genuine financial need to study.
