Yes, the California State University Dominguez Hills requires GRE scores for admissions to some courses.
However, the GRE requirement can be waived off for some courses, depending on the applicant's performances in some other academic areas.
An equivalent GPA of 3.5 on a scale of 4.0. or attainment of a previous master's degree can be enough to waive off the GRE requirement.

Yes. However it does not guarantee admissions. For students who just about qualify the minimum requirements, it is essential to maintain a solid professional resume, displaying the list of activities & events a student has participated in & the certifications & skills a student possess.
