The eligibility criteria for BTech and B.E. admission at CARE College of Engineering, is to have minimum 45% aggregate in Class 12 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. To get selected for BTech and B.E. seat, candidates must have a valid score in entrance exam TNEA. 

CARE College B.E. programme is offered in four-specialisations which are Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), and Civil Engineering.
