Hello, going by the past records. TIME seems a popular choice among the MBA aspirants for their study preparation. Having said that, it would be better if you ask for a demo lecture (if applicable) from both these classes and feedback from the current and/or ex-students for more clarity.

No doubt, Career Launcher's study material is one of the best material for CLAT preparations but one more thing required is concentration and amount of time you spent on studies.
And also a hardly affecting factor is luck because I also got even 199 marks in Career Launcher, but unfortunately, in CLAT, I just got 71 marks that's why must say luck also matters.
