No, a TOEFL-iBT score of 50 is likely too low for getting a seat at Carolina Uni. As per the university's admission policy, international students usually need an overall score of atleast 60, a paper-based score of 500, or a computer based score of 170 to study here.

Yes, Indian students need to get their transcripts evaluated by an WES recognised agency. This will validate the authenticity of their academic credentials.
UG students required a General evaluation with GPA, while PG and PhD students require a Couse-by-Course evaluation of transcripts with GPA.

Indian students are not required to submit SAT or ACT scores to study at Carolina Uni. The university uses a test-optional policy. Students who wish to submit SAT or ACT scores can do that.
Students who don't have SAT or ACT scores have no need to be concerned as it would not affect their admission chances.

Yes, Indian students can study at Carolina Uni without submitting English language test scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or Duolingo.
For this they'll need a waiver. The university grants the waiver to Indian students with strong scores in their Class 12th English exam. Students who have pursued their studies at an institution where English was the medium of instruction are also eligible for waivers.
