B.Ed Application Form 2019 will available from April 2019. Last Date for submitting application is in the month of May 2019. CCSU B.Ed Entrance Exam June 2019.

Yes, you can do you B.Com. 2 year from other universities and one from others only thing you need to take care of having transfer certificate and migration certificate of the college or university you are leaving which eventually have to submitted to the new college or university.
