Central University of Punjab doesn't offers any direct scholarships to its students. However, students are offered part-time jobs at the university to make them independent under the “Earn While You Learn" scheme. To be eligible candidates must have registered in CUPB for any programme are eligible to apply for the scheme. Some of the part-time jobs students can do under the scheme are as assistants in the library, laboratory, computer centre, and store.

Central University of Punjab offered decent placements for its postgraduate-level course. As per the NIRF report released by the University, the average package offered for the MBA course is INR 4 LPA. Rise of over 29% was witnessed in the PG 2-year median package offered in 2023 as compared with 2022. There was a rise of over 3% in the median package offered during Pharmacy placements 2023 as compared with 2022.
