Probably, you are asking for CFA-L2. For that, you need at least 4 years of experience at analyst level. Hence, if you were employed at PSU as a finance or analyst level, your experience can be considered.

Candidates are required to qualify the Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. Those who are pursuing their final year of Bachelor degree are also eligible for admission to CFA course. Applicants are required to have work experience of at least 4 years for availing for the course.
