CGC Landran has been ranked by the top raking body National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF). The college BBA cousre has been ranked 105 for NIRF 2024. CGC Landran also holds approvals from prestigious organizations such as the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) in New Delhi and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

For a BCom course at CGC Landran (Chandigarh Group of Colleges), pretty much admission is on the grounds of merit. Direct admissions do not usually happen, save for special cases, like management quota admissions or special considerations. For the majority of students, admission is purely on the basis of merit against the 10+2 marks, and selection takes place according to the merit list prepared by the college.

The BCom course at CGC Landran is around INR 2.5 lakh, which is the total tuition fee. The BCom fee is decent compared to the BCom fees in other private colleges/institute.
As per the latest report, the the highest package offered during the CGC Landran placement 2023 stood at INR 54.75 LPA. Further, the participating recruiters presented over 9,000 job offers to the students of various courses of the institute. CGC Landran BPharm course tuition fee range from INR 3.5 Lacs - INR 4.9 lakh. Candidates must make the fee payment to finalise their BPharma seats. The fee has components, such as tuition fees, caution deposits, hostel, mess charges, etc. The fee payment has to be done at the time of admission and then semester-wise.

The hospitality course lasts for three years with an affiliation from National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT).
