Eligibility for B.E Lateral Entry:
A candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering of minimum 3 years duration from a recognised board/University with at least 60% marks in aggregate (55% marks for reserved category). The candidate must also attempt the PULEET Entrance test conducted by Panjab University for Lateral entry admissions.

Recently, CBSE +2 results have been out. And I got 86% in Arts to clear the SSC Mains. But, I can't!
I had heard about Chandigarh University CUCET exam on Social media and through some friends. I decided to attempt the entrance exam for Bachelor of Computer Applications because of my interest in Computer and new technologies in the Digital world. The online booklet with 100 questions and I took less time to all these questions. It took 35-38 days to prepare for CUCET exam and I was able to attain 62% scholarship while taking admissions at Chandigarh University. That's a little story of how I cracked the Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test for Computer Applications.

Actually aerospace engineering at Chandigarh University is still at developing stage. Teachers are very good and the slaybuss by the PEC is followed. But there is no place of the basics in the slaybuss of tougher subjects like aerodynamics due to which it becomes difficult for teacher to choose weather they complete slaybuss (which is first priority) or teaches the basics to students to make them familier with the subject. This year some companies are coming for the placements of aerospace whcih is really not less that a miracle for aerospace department and this has increased the enthusiasm and faith of students towards the Aerospace Engineering and Chandigarh University.

There are different courses available in Chandigarh university like Bachelor of Physical Education, B.E. CSE (Hons. ). With specialisation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in association with IBM, B.E. CSE (Hons. ). With specialisation in Internet of Things in association with IBM, B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration Affiliated to NCHMCT, Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Arts (Film & Television Studies), Bachelor of Arts (Film & Television Studies)-ICTS, Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Liberal Arts, Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Education, BCA and BBA and BE in different branches and technical and other non technical cources etc. The UG courses will accept 10+2 students in majority of the courses and for each there will be different 10+2 percentage requirement.
