In order to get admission for MBBS in CMC, you need to have a good score in NEET. Compared to many other private colleges, medical education in CMC is much cheaper, less than Rs.1, 00,000/- per year.

Absolutely yes. For admission into MBBS and BDS courses in India you have to appear the common entrance examination called NEET. There's no other gateway.

You need not have to study MBBS if you have already done BSc Biomedical Science and you want to continue in this field. You can also go for higher qualifications like MSc, PhD.
