CII Kolkata offers a postgraduate-level Management courses, MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Admission to CII Kolkata MBA is entrance-based and the college accepts various national-level entrance exams such as  CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ XAT. The college also accepts the score entrance exam held at Amity Kolkata Campus. Candidates with a minimum of 50% marks in class 10, class 12 and graduation are eligible to apply for CII Kolkata courses.

CII School of Logistics, Noida MBA admission is done on the basis of an entrance examination conducted by Amity University or on the basis of CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT score. The final selection process includes the percentage achieved in graduation, & amity written test score. 

CII Noida offers two MBA specialisations. For admission to MBA programme, candidates must have completed graduation from a recognised university with a minimum of 50-60% aggregate. The specialisation of MBA programme are as given below:
