I would recommend you to make use of YouTube as well as some study material provided by some coaching institutes. You can borrow the study material from your relatives or some friend who have already passed his year.

If you want your career in Chemistry or Biology or both, you can do Bachelors course related to them. Like for Chemistry B.Sc. In Chemistry biochemistry etc. And for Biology various medicinal course like MBBS B.A. MS BUMS BHMS B.Sc.

Instead of taking admission in School for regular study of 12th PCM, you have to opt for NIOS or as a private student for clearing PCM papers. The school will give you admission on the basis of the 10th mark sheet but you have to justify the reason for the gap instead of saying about 12th Arts.
