You don't need to undergo as such for any entrance exam for pilot training. All you have to do is start your career in aviation and try to finish your CPL exams asap and start your flying.

Biochemistry
Microbiology
Zoology
Botany
MBBS
BDS
BAMS
BHMS
Some among these are 3 years, and some are 5 years course, as they are medical sciences. Choose the one that you like. All the best.

IITJEE exam for IITs and NIITs.
BITSTATS for Birla- Institute.
Indian Maritime University for Nautical Science.
Indian Navy Exam.
Vellore Institute of Technology conduct VITEEE exam.
NATA for architecture.

Apart from engineering, you can go for B.Sc. Which is very popular now and you can choose B. pharmacy, MABS or any other medical courses. Or you can even choose to enter other streams as well. But, I would recommend you for B.Tech in CS which will utilize your mathematical skills in a good way.
