Hi,
For admission to PGDM & PGDM (IB), an applicant must have a valid CAT (Score card of CAT 2015) or valid XAT 2016 score or valid GMAT 2015-16 score and For admission to PGDM (RM) & PGDM (IBM) an applicant must have valid CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT score. So you can apply for these courses and you have a good percentile so you are eligible.

Yes you are eligible. To be eligible to apply, you need to have atleast 50% marks in your graduation. It is to be noted that only 30% weightage is given to your entrance scores, Rest depends upon how you perform in your Gd/Pi, to prepare for your GD and Pi, Read a lot on the present political and the business environment of our country and I am sure you'll get through. Yes you are definitely eligible. You can apply and give in your cmat scores and fill in details.
And give in preferences for PGDM Healthcare

There is again no exact weightage but equal importance is given to both. Yes, score does make you eligible, but your acads, extra curicular, work ex all will be considered before selecting you for the GD-PI rounds. Then you performance in GD-PI will be evaluated before making the final call.

I'm sorry. . You need a minimum percentile of 70 in CMAT inroder to be eligible for the admission process. A composite score of 600 or above in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA in either September - 2015 or December 2015 OR a composite score of 450 or above in GMAT 2015 OR 70 percentile or above in the Common Management Admission test (CMAT 2015) OR 70 percentile or above in the Common Admission test 2015 (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) OR 70 percentage or above in the AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) 2015 And 50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations.
