Yes you are eligible, fill the form , you will get through the cut off which is usually in the 80-85 percentile range. All the best.

I'm sorry. . You need a minimum percentile of 70 in CMAT inroder to be eligible for the admission process. A composite score of 600 or above in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA in either September - 2015 or December 2015 OR a composite score of 450 or above in GMAT 2015 OR 70 percentile or above in the Common Management Admission test (CMAT 2015) OR 70 percentile or above in the Common Admission test 2015 (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) OR 70 percentage or above in the AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) 2015 And 50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations.

For admission to DoMS,NITT only CAT score is considered . So unless you have written CAT and have a valid score you cannot apply.
