No, you can't join directly into college of Arts, University of Delhi. The college follow strict regulations to take students. To take addmission in BFA we need to pass aptitude test . The should register and appear for CUET -Common University Entrance Test to join in this college. They had cutoff score based on this exam. Next need to register on Delhi University Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal. It has 3 phases.

The total fees of the BFS programmes at the college of Arts, University of Delhi is approximately INR 68,000 rupees. Any candidate seeking admission in the Bachelor of fine arts programme, Delhi the candidate should have passed the 10+2 or equivalent with the 50% marks. The universitiy has different courses like UG, PG, etc,. The candidate should clear the CUET entrance test for the admission.
